Sheryl Jones, CEO Sheryl Jones, CEO and Founder has been in the social service field for over 25 years. She is known as “The Queen of Hearts” because of her abundant heart of giving and service. She is very passionate about helping families receive the services need for their child or adult with special needs. Her passion is birthed from the loss of her special needs son. This loss has fueled her fire to service others in need.

Mrs. Jones started Rodcor after years of working and seeing needs that where going unmet. She wanted to develop a company that cared about the complete person. A company to help the family succeed in spite of barriers they must face on a daily basis.

Mrs. Jones has serviced in the Dallas community in many capacities-United Way of Dallas Budget Allocation Community, United Way Project Blueprint, United Cerebral Palsy of Dallas Board Member, Shared Housing of Dallas Board Member, Junior League of Dallas, and Dallas Women's Foundation Committee Member. She knows the community and is willing to serve those in need.

Mrs. Jones leads the industry in this field; she is an expert in training and supporting CAREGIVERS Sheryl has never received LESS THAN 95% on any STATE Audit. Her motto is "ONLY QUALITY SERVICES”. Sheryl has hired and trained nearly 1,000 staff in her career and can easily identify “the best” staff for your loved one. Sheryl has received awards and special mention from the State of Texas on excellence in her field. Sheryl has the knowledge, experience and courage to be an expert in the field and she is willing and able to help anyone that needs her assistance.
